Find sometime to go out. When coding, your mind becomes drained. Taking regular breaks to go out can go a long way in preventing anxiety and frequent headaches. A twenty-minute break every three hours is more recommended. Do not get close to a computer and put away your phone during this break. Fervour of your work station and step outside for a breath of fresh air. You could also take a short walk, strike a conversation with a workmate about matters not related to work, wash your face with cold water or enjoy a snack. There is no better way to regroup your mind and keep it clog free.
