There are some programs that the ophthalmologist can undergo like pathology, retina, cornea and other types of programs and also they can undergo training in surgery for the eyes. You will see that the ophthalmologist specialist must always get a working license to practice the eye care medicine and can also perform the surgery. The ophthalmologist can detect the illness and can examine a problem in other parts of the body. You will find that this specialist knows the side effects of other medicines.
